Happy Memorial Day

So many have fallen in the name of freedom. Thank you to those who’ve given everything, and to those who continue to give in our armed services. One day isn’t enough to say thank you!

In addition to remembrance ceremonies today, Memorial day is the unofficial start to the American Summer. Grills all across the country will be fired up today, cooking everything from hamburgers to fish, vegetables to watermelon (we’re going to try that today). We probably won’t eat outside, but are planning a picnic-style spread, nonetheless.

Another Memorial Day tradition is, of course, a sale. And All Romance eBooks is doing just that. Through the end of today, they’re offering a 50% rebate on ALL PURCHASES. This means that when you purchase Whirlwind at allromanceebooks.com, you’ll get 50% of the purchase price returned in the form of a rebate! Half price…who doesn’t love that?

But FREE is Better!

Only a few more hours are left in the Share the Wealth Giveaway! Winner gets their pick of 5 books from the following list, one runner up gets 2 (along with signed copies of Whirlwind for both winners). US addresses only.

Which would you pick? Remember, a comment on this, or any of my May posts, counts as an entry. Winners will be selected on June first.

Thank you, Teresa. You are so right, the families of our patriots also sacrifice a lot, and get no recognition or thanks. Thank you for all you give, too! ❤

Wow, I want to thank you for the beautiful words you had to say about our Nations Armed Forces. So many take for granted there freedom to do things in this country. However it’s the ones who paid the ultimate price that made it possible for us to be able to sit here and type on a blog, or vote, or a right to choose who we want to marry, or what job class we belong to.
I’m a military brat of a retired Navy man who gave twenty-three years to his country.

Remember the wives and children of these faithful hero’s who leave out to protect us. They also pay the sacrifice part. For we give up so many months of not knowing if there all right if there in the sea under the water, or if there in the field like Iraq, Afganstan. Some children don’t really know there father or mother when they come home because they’ve been gone to long.
So say a prayer & a thank you for all that lives surround our Armed Forces.
